As a UX Designer, I am responsible for the experience design and user research of Pinnacle’s sportsbook and Esports products, including B2B and B2C web, apps, and products.
- Lead user research and data analysis, output design insights through user interviews and market analysis; produce and iterate interfaces & prototypes and continue to optimise and iterate based on feedback.
- Reconstructed the functional structure and introduced role-based access management to optimise the product’s experience and functionality, improving internal office efficiency and product sales competitiveness.
- Design the key screens of the App, lead comprehensive user research, competitive research and data analysis, and build a repurchase circle among the main page, my bet, favourite and notification system, to improve the purchase rate and promoted odds expose rate.

Spearheaded talent and business collaboration efforts at T-art Agency, the expansion of platform expert connections; responsible for brand and event live stream benefit analysis and launch multi-version live broadcast planning plans.
- Swiftly securing contracts with 15+ local top-quality creators and several commercial retailers for collaborations. Established the standards corporation process with new creators, enhancing collaboration efficiency and potential revenue.
- Leveraged multiple live-streaming data and user profile analyses to adjust live-streaming strategies. These efforts contributed to different brand accounts achieving over 20K GMV per live session. During key events such as spring promotions, led the agency’s main account to reach the top three in UK TikTok’s GMV ranking.
